Chalk pastel 2013
This was the very first commissioned chalk pastel piece I did. It was done for the customer's father (a big Clint Eastwood fan). I was told his favourite Eastwood character was Josey Wales and then given free rein on how I wanted to portray him. There were so many images of gun weiding, cigar smoking, grimacing Josey Wales that I decided to go with a more watered down version to focus more on Josey the person rather than Josey the outlaw. The customer was very pleased with the outcome!
